Are you Cross Trained? If not, why not? Cheryl and Ron Jones – founder of the website TheRadiologicTechnologist.com – will talk about the benefits of Cross Training. Cheryl and Ron will start the conversation off by talking about the different professional credentials available to imaging healthcare professionals. After a review of the different credentials available Cheryl and Ron will talk about the pros and cons of cross training current employees as opposed to hiring outside candidates and why cross training can be a benefit to you, the patient, and the health system. They will also talk about the downside of cross training, if any.
